Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Vladi's Library account and everything stored with it, at any time. Do it in the app, or right here on the web — both remove your data for good.

From the app

  1. 1Open Vladi's Library and sign in.
  2. 2Tap your profile avatar at the top of the Home screen.
  3. 3Scroll down and choose “Delete account”.
  4. 4Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.

From the web

No longer have the app installed? Delete your account here — we'll email you a one-time code to confirm it's really you.

Delete it now

Enter the email on your account. We'll send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you — no password needed.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in (email, Apple or Google).
  • Every child profile you created.
  • Listening history, favorites, streaks and badges.
  • Stories you wrote or generated, and their audio.
  • Your subscription record on our servers.

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery. We keep only the limited records the law requires us to retain (for example billing records held by Apple or Google). No story content or child data is kept.

Cancel your subscription separately

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us — so deleting your account here does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it from your device first:

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Android:Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
